• Device info (model, OS, app version)
• Usage data (pages viewed, features used)

• Provide and improve the Service (solver, tutor, notes, quizzes)
• Process your requests and generate AI responses
• Send service-related notifications
• Prevent abuse and ensure security
• Analyze usage to improve features

We use trusted providers:

• Dodo Payments - Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
• PostHog - Product analytics
• Google Analytics - Website analytics
• Firebase - Push notifications
• Google, Apple, Facebook - Social sign-in

These providers process data as described in their privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only:

• With service providers (listed above) to operate the Service
• If required by law or legal process
• To protect rights, safety, or property

• Account data: While your account is active + 90 days after deletion
• Your content: Until you delete it or close your account
• Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 24 months
• Security logs: 90 days
• Payment records (via Dodo Payments): 7 years for tax/legal compliance

GPAI is based in South Korea. Your data may be transferred to and processed in:

• South Korea - Service hosting
• United States - Analytics providers
• United States - Payment processing (Dodo Payments)

We implement appropriate safeguards including encryption and contractual protections.

All Users:

• Access your data via Account Settings
• Delete your account and data
• Opt out of marketing emails
• Control device permissions (camera, microphone, notifications)

• Right to know what data we collect
• Right to delete your data
• Right to opt-out of data sharing for analytics

GPAI is not for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it immediately.
